摘　　要：《首尔协议》是关于计算机及信息技术相关专业的国际认证协议。在当今信息技术飞速发展的形势下,通过研究《首尔协议》对计算机专业人才的能力要求,对我国计算机专业人才培养提供有益的借鉴。Seoul Agreement is an international authentication protocol on the field of computer and informa tion technology. Under the situation of the rapid development of information technology, the study on the competency requirements of computer professionals in Seoul Agreement will provide beneficial references for China to cultivate computer professionals.
