摘　　要：为探讨大学生职业价值观的结构,编制大学生职业价值观问卷,对西南地区3所高校的1 200名大学生进行初测和正式实测,并采用项目分析、探索性因素分析、验证性因素分析等方法检验大学生职业价值观量表的信效度.结果显示:1大学生职业价值观问卷共有21个条目,包括创业准备、自我发展、独立自由、薪酬地位和组织风气5个维度;2问卷具有良好信度和效度.认为大学生职业价值观问卷的信度和效度均达到了测量学标准,可以作为大学生职业价值观的测量工具.Based on the literature review and the open questionnaire survey in 72 college students,this study has defined the construct of college students＇work values questionnaire,and compiled the questionnaire.1200 college students coming from 3colleges in southwest of China participated in the preliminary survey and formal test.Item analysis,exploratory factor analysis（EFA）and confirmatory factor analysis（CFA）have been used for testing the validity and reliability.The results show that 1）the college students＇work values questionnaire was composed of 21 items in five factors,which were entrepreneurship preparation,self development,independence,salary status and organization atmosphere.2）the questionnaire had well validity and reliability.It is concluded that the college students＇work values questionnaire is reliable and valid enough to be applicable to measure college students＇work values.
