摘　　要：体育教学是大学生素质教育的重要组成部分,高校体育教育承担着大学生体育技能培养和终身体育意识培养的重任。"互联网+"时代趋于网络化、数字化和自主化发展,体育教学资源网络化平台的建设,成为提升高校体育教学质量的重要途径之一。本文结合中医院校体育教学特点及网络资源利用状况,提出应从体育理论与文化、精品课程和微课程、体质健康测评、运动人体科学、体育竞赛欣赏、体育综合管理等方面,打造丰富、实用的中医药院校体育教学资源网络平台,以促进信息技术和体育教学的深度融合,为课内外一体化体育教学的实施提供基础保障。Physical education is an important part of college students＇ quality education, physical education in colleges and universities have the heavy responsibility of culturing sports skills and lifelong sports consciousness.＂ Internet ＋ ＂ era tend to be networked, digitized and self-determined development, and the construction of the physical education resources networked platform become one of the important ways to improve college PE teaching quality. This article combined physical education characteristics with the utilization of network resources in Chinese medicine colleges and universities nowadays, proposed that we should build rich, useful PE teaching resources network platform in Chinese medicine colleges and universities including the theory of sports and culture, excellent courses and micro courses, physical health test and assessment, human sport science, excited athletic contest video, comprehensive sports management, etc., in order to promote the deep integration of information technology and physical education, to provide basis for the implementation of the internal and external integration of PE lessons.
