摘  要:《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》和《教育信息化十年发展规划(2011-2020)》指出,在教育信息化进程中要加强优质教育资源的开发和应用。教育部高等教育司最新制订的《大学英语教学指南》明确提出,大学英语应大力推进最新信息技术与课程教学的融合。随着微博、微信、微视频的普及,"微时代"宣告到来,微课这种新的教学手段应运而生。本文通过分析微课与微视频的定义,回顾国内外微课的发展、结合我国高校英语微课发展趋势和"95后"军校学员特点,以第四军医大学举办的首届学员医学英语微课大赛为例,对"微时代"下的军事医学英语微课教学进行有益的探索,努力培养适应时代发展和军队需求的高素质军医人才。According to Outline of the National Program for Long- and Medium-Term Scientific and Technological Development (2010-2020) and Ten-Year Plan of Educational Informationalization Development (2011-2020), great efforts should be put on the development and application of the high-quality educational resources in educational informationalization. Based on Guidelines for College English Curriculum (trial edition), college English should highlight the integration of the cutting-edge information technology into foreign language curriculum. With the popularity of microblog, wechat and micro-video in recent years, such a new concept as "Micro-lecture" emerged and was applied in col- lege teaching at the advent of "Micro-era". This article aims at exploring the functions and strategies of "Micro-lecture" in military medical English teaching on the basis of the investigation into the definition of micro-lecture, the development of "Micro-lecture" at home and abroad, the application of "Micro-lecture" in college English teaching in China, the learning habits of "post-95s" military cadets, and the successful experience of the first cadet medical English Mi- cro-lecture competition at the Fourth Military Medical University, so as to cultivate qualified military medical talents.
