大学生牙周健康状况调查分析

摘　　要：目的:了解遵义某医科院校在校大学生的牙周健康状况,为制定针对大学生的口腔健康防治策略提供科学依据。方法:按照世界卫生组织口腔健康调查基本方法并参考全国口腔健康流行病学调查方案,随机抽取全校不同年级共131名学生进行牙周健康状况检查,检查项目包括牙龈出血、牙结石、牙周袋、牙周附着丧失等项目。结果:(1)131名大学生牙龈出血、牙结石、牙周袋、牙周附着丧失≥4 mm的检出率分别为96.9%、90.8%、46.6%、9.9%。SPSS17.0统计分析结果提示,男生和女生仅牙结石和牙周袋检出率之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);(2)多元线性回归分析结果表明年龄、性别、籍贯、民族、口腔保健知识水平、口腔清洁习惯等均对牙结石和牙周袋的检出率有一定程度的影响。结论:(1)大学生牙周健康状况不容乐观,口腔保健知识相对比较匮乏;(2)年龄、口腔保健知识水平、口腔清洁习惯等因素与牙结石、牙周袋的检出率均呈线性相关,但籍贯、民族对其影响较弱。Objective： To investigate periodontal health status of college students in Zunyi and to provide scientific basis for developing oral health care strategies. Methods： According to the criterion issued by WHO on the basic methods of oral health investigation and the China oral health epidemiology survey protocol,131 students from a medical college of Zunyi were enrolled for the study and inspected. The inspection items included bleeding gums,dental calculus,periodontal pocket and periodontal attachment loss. Results： Among 131 students,incidences of bleeding gums,dental calculus,periodontal pocket and periodontal attachment loss≥4 mm were 96. 9%,90. 8%,46. 6% and 9. 9%,respectively. There were statistical significances in incidences of dental calculus and periodontal pocket between male and female（ P〈0. 01）. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that age,gender,native place,nationality,oral health knowledge level and oral hygiene habits were correlated with incidence of dental calculus and periodontal pocket. Conclusion： Oral periodontal health statuses of the college students are bad,and the students are lack of oral health care knowledge. It is necessary to strengthen publicity and education in various forms,so as to improve the awareness of oral health knowledge in college students. The influence factors of the incidences of dental calculus and periodontal pocket include age,oral health knowledge level and oral hygiene habits. The native place and nationality exhibited little influence.
