摘　　要：室管膜瘤临床相对罕见,病变累及颅内和脊髓,相关指导和治疗原则仅为一般性陈述,无明确区分,尚未形成一个诊断和治疗原则的系统。本综述总结室管膜瘤临床特点、诊断及治疗方法,对临床有一定的指导意义。Ependymoma is relatively rare in clinics, which is involved with lesions of intracranial and spinal cord, and the general guidance and principle of treatment with no distinguishment, just general statements, failed to form a diagnosis and treatment principles of a system. This review summarizes the clinical features of ependymoma including its diagnosis and treatment, which may provide a reference for clinical therapy.
