螺旋CT诊断胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔的价值分析

摘　　要：目的:探析螺旋CT诊断十二指肠溃疡穿孔的价值。方法:回顾性分析2013年3月-2016年3月本院收治的80例十二指肠溃疡穿孔患者的临床资料,按诊断方案不同分为对照组(35例)和研究组(45例),对照组行X线诊断,研究组行螺旋CT诊断,对比两组诊断符合率。结果:研究组诊断符合率为95.56%显著高于对照组71.43%,两组比较差异显著,具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:螺旋CT诊断十二指肠溃疡穿孔的价值显著,诊断准确率较高,有利于临床精确判断穿孔位置及大小,从而掌握患者病情,制定针对性手术治疗方案,进而提高治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。Purpose： Study of spiral CT in diagnosis of gastric ulcer perforation Value. Materials and Methods： A retrospective analysis of March 2013-March 2016 in our hospital, The clinical data of 80 cases of patients with duodenal ulcer perforation, according to the diagnostic program divided into control group （35 cases） and study group （45 cases） the control group, X-ray diagnostics, spiral CT diagnostic study group, compared two groups of diagnostic accuracy. Results： The study group diagnosis rate was 95.56% was significantly higher than 71.43% , the difference was significant, statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Spiral CT diagnosis of duodenal perforation in significantly higher diagnostic accuracy, clinical con- ducive to accurately determine the location and size of the perforation, thus capturing the patientg condition, to develop targe- ted surgical treatment, and thus improve the therapeutic effect, which worthy of application.
