摘  要:输电线路等值覆冰厚度对于冰灾防御具有重要意义,但是目前没有一种可靠、准确的现场测量导线等值覆冰厚度的方法,为了在线路覆冰时期获得导线的覆冰厚度,给巡视人员提供决策依据,提出了一种基于全站仪二次开发的覆冰厚度测量方法。导线弧垂与其荷载之间有相应的力学关系,而利用全站仪可快速测量导线弧垂值,即可计算导线等值覆冰厚度。选择搭载Windows CE操作系统的智能全站仪,用户可以将弧垂测量和覆冰厚度计算功能开发为一专用机载程序,从而利用全站仪直接测量导线的覆冰厚度,最后通过测量实例验证了该方法的可行性。The equivalent ice covered thickness of transmission line has an important significance to resist the ice storm, but there is no accurate method can measure equivalent ice covered thickness of the conduct on the spot. In or- der to obtain the ice covered thickness of the conduct during the severe ice coating periods and give suggestions for de- cision-maker, a method for ice covered thickness measurement which based on the secondary development of electron- ic total station is proposed. The sag has a force relationship with its vertical loads, besides, the sag can be easily and quickly measured by electronic total station, and then, the ice covered thickness can be calculated. Choose the smart electronic total station which is equipped with Windows CE operating system, the users can combine the sag measure- ment and ice covered thickness measurement and program a unique instrument-end application, so the ice covered thickness can be measured by the electronic total station. The feasibility of this method was proved through the real measurement.
