摘  要:采用积分球雾度法对光学镀膜树脂材料进行耐磨性能测试.确立摩擦压力7.35N、摩擦次数1 000次作为对膜层耐磨性能进行质量评价时所用的测试条件.比较不同因素组合下树脂镜片膜层的耐磨性能和老化性能,镀单层加硬膜的镜片基材的耐磨性能明显优于镀多层复合膜,镀多层复合膜的镜片基材的老化性能略优于镀单层复合膜.在接近树脂镜片软化、变形的临界温度时,镀单层加硬膜的镜片基材的老化性能明显优于镀多层复合膜.The abrasion resistant performance of resin materials with optical coatings was characterized by integrating sphere haze method.It was confirmed the testing condition rubbing for 1 000 times at 7.35 N friction pressure was the best to evaluate the quality of layer.By comparing different combinations of factors on abrasion resistant and aging performance,single hard coatings of spectacle lenses were better than multiple coatings of spectacle lenses on abrasion resistant.Multiple coatings of spectacle lenses were slightly better than single hard coatings of spectacle lenses on aging.Around softening or deformation temperature of spectacle lenses,single hard coatings of spectacle lenses were better than multiple coatings of spectacle lenses on aging.
