摘　　要：随着高校学生事务工作的发展,其实践过程中的伦理价值和伦理决策越来越值得关注。文章介绍了美国高校学生事务伦理决策模式的形成与发展,分析和研究了当前美国高等教育界三种主要的学生事务伦理决策模式,并总结了这些模式对我国高校学生工作的启示。With the development of student affairs work in colleges, its ethical Values and ethical decision-making are getting more and more attention. This paper introduces the formation and development of ethical decision-making models in student affairs in American college, analyzes three models of ethical decision-making raised by American scholars, and summarizes some inspirations for college student affairs work in China.
