整体性康复训练对偏瘫患者肢体功能及生活能力的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨和研究整体性康复训练对偏瘫患者肢体功能及生活能力的影响。方法:研究对象选取为2014年1月至2014年12月之间我院收治的100例脑卒中偏瘫患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,对照组采用常规护理及康复训练,观察组则实施整体性康复训练,2组患者干预时间均为3个月,分别采用Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分和Barthel指数对2组患者干预前后的肢体运动功能和生活能力进行评价对比。结果:干预前2组患者的肢体功能和生活能力评分并无显著差异;干预后观察组患者的肢体功能和生活能力评分均显著高于对照组。结论:整体性康复训练能够有效的改善患者的肢体运动功能,提高患者的日常生活能力,与传统康复训练措施相比更具优势,值得在临床上推广和应用。Objective：To study and research the effect of overall rehabilitation training on limb function and living ability of patients with hemiplegia. Methods：Totally 100 stroke patients with hemiplegia from January 2014 to December 2014 were taken as research objects and were divided into observation group and control group. Conventional nursing and rehabilitation training were used in con-trol group and comprehensive rehabilitation training was carried out in observation group;intervention time for both groups was 3months. Fugl-Meyer movement function score and Barthel index were used to evaluate limb motor function and living ability before and after the intervention. Results：There was no significant difference in limb function and living ability scores between the two groups before the intervention. Limb function and living ability scores were significantly higher in observation group than in control group.Conclusion： Holistic rehabilitation training can effectively improve the patients＇ limb motor function and living ability and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
