摘　　要：Menetrier病是一种罕见的胃病,以胃黏膜皱襞明显增厚及低蛋白血症为特征,目前病因尚不明确,相关文献报道Menetrier病与巨细胞病毒感染可能相关,现报道1例Menetrier病合并巨细胞病毒感染病例的诊治过程。Menetrier disease is a rare disease. Menetrier disease is characterized by gastric mucosal fold thickening and hypoproteinemia. The cause is not clear at present. Related literatures report that Menetrier disease may be related to cytomegalovirus infection. The diagnosis and treatment of one case of Menetrier disease complicated with cytomegalovirus infection were reported in this article.
