摘 要:直升机为了满足坠毁时乘员生存率要求,主起落架大多采用双腔缓冲器。该文阐述了一种具有自适应控制阀的双腔缓冲器的数学模型。在ADAMS平台下编写了该缓冲器载荷计算的子程序,并将子程序嵌入到ADAMS里的计算主程序。仿真分析了在不同着陆速度下该缓冲器的性能表现,结果证明该缓冲器里的自适应控制阀能够较好地达到卸荷的作用,对起落架抗坠毁设计具有较强的意义。To meet the survival rate requirement while landing harshly, the main landing gear of helicopter uses a dual chamber absorber. The mathematical model of a dual chamber with adjustable valves has been built. The subroutine of the absorber force has been programmed under ADAMS, and the subroutine has also been embedded to the main program of ADAMS. The performance of the absorber has also been analyzed under different landing rates. The result proves that the absorber with adjustable valves has excellent unload ability, and the adjustable valve has an important meaning to the crashworthiness design of the landing gear.
