摘　　要：在实施高职英语翻转课堂教学中,教师起关键性作用,学生配合是决定性因素,良好的信息技术设备是保障,有效的评价体系是促进。In flipped classroom,the teacher plays the key role,the students’coordination is the decisive fac-tor,the information technology equipment is necessary guarantees,and the effective evaluation system can con-tribute to the improvement of teaching and learning .
