校企协同开创医学检验教育新体制的探索与实践

摘　　要：广州医科大学和广州金域医学检验中心有限公司合作开创全新的办学模式,创办体制内二级学院金域检验学院。本文主要分析其破解体制瓶颈,解决合作与隶属关系、资源互补与共赢共享关系、师资内聘和外聘关系以及发挥三大教育优势培养特色人才的实践探索过程。Kingmed School of Laboratory Medicine, a secondary school in the Chinese university system, was co-established by Guangzhou Medical University and Kingmed Diagnostics, Inc. with a brand new education pattern. Through discussing the development bottlenecks of the Chinese university system, ~ this article elucidated the relations of cooperation and affiliation between different parties, and analyzed the different circumstances of the internal and external recruitment of teachers. By implementation of the resource complementarity and win-win strategy, the university-enterprise collaboration effectively promoted the cultivation of special talents utilizing the three educational advantages.
