摘 要:利用混沌预测方法由已知的心音信号对未知的心音波形做出预测,能为研究心脏状况的变化规律提供可靠依据。文中首先应用Volterra级数理论到心音信号的短时预测,可以有效预测3~5 s后未来心音的变化情况,可用于患者手术、拔牙等出现心音异常情况的提前干预;其次根据心音信号混沌特性随年龄变化的规律,提出了一种基于经验公式的心音长期预测模型,可以对心音波形未来较长时间范围内的变化情况给出大致估计,有利于用户了解其心音的发展趋势;最后利用Matlab GUI设计了一个心音混沌特征分析与预测平台,为心音的实际应用提供了一条新途径。Using chaos method to predict the unknown heart sound waveform, the reliable evidence is pro- vided for observing the changes of the heart condition. Firstly, a short-term forecasting method is presen- ted for the heart sound by applyingVoherra series theory. The method can effectively predict the changes of future heart sound after 3- 5 s, it can be used for surgery, tooth extraction and other abnormal heart sounds in advance intervention. Meanwhile, according to the law of the heart sounds chaotic characteris- tics change with the age change, a heart sound long-term forecasting model is presented based on empiri- cal formula, the future long changes of heart sound waveform can be used an as an rough estimation. This can be facilitated for users to understand the development trend of their heart sound. Finally, a sound character analysis and prediction platform is designed by using GUI Matlab, it provides a new way for the practical application of the heart sounds.
