摘　　要：蒋宝素根据有无邪症邪脉将中风分为类中风和真中风。真中风的病机可概括为内虚邪中,类中风病因多属风、火、痰、气、虚,其病机总属肾中水火不足,二者虽同有本虚的一面,但治疗方向不同,有外感者注意驱风,属内伤者注意循症求因,治病求本。其对于真中风的治疗,多从阴亏血少,营卫气虚两方面考虑,以补气血,固营卫,祛风通络为治疗原则,有中脏腑、中经络之分,用药喜用真黄风汤加减。对于类中风的治疗,多从脾肾论治,结合风、火、虚、痰、瘀来审症求因,辨证论治。其临证用药特点:喜用对药:黄芪和防风,竹沥和生姜汁;喜用豨莶草。According to whether there are pathogenic symptoms and pathogenic meridians or not,Jiang Bao-su divided stroke into apoplectoid stroke and true stroke. The pathogenesis of true stroke can be summarized as internal deficiencvy,while that of apoplectoid stroke is due to wind,fire,phlegm,qi,deficiency. The two kinds are both. due to deficient water and fire in the kidney.Though both of them have deficiency,there are different therapies for them. For exogenous factors,wind should be removed; For internal damage,reasons for diseases should be found according to symptoms in order to cure the diseases. In terms of true stroke,considering deficient yin and blood,qi deficiency of yingqi and weiqi,the treatment principle is to nourish qi and blood,consolidate yingqi and weiqi,remove wind and unblock meridians. There are zang and fu organs stroke and meridians stroke,Modified Zhen Huang Feng Decoction（ ZHFD） is often used. In terms of apoplectoid stroke,treatment is often aimed at the spleen and kidney,combining with wind,fire,deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis,therapy with syndrome differentiation is adopted. Jiang’ s features of clinical drug use are as follows： He liked to use matched pair of medicine： Huangqi（ Radix Astragali） and Fangfeng（ Radix Saposhnikoviae）,Zhuli（ Succus Bambusae） and Shengjiangzhi（ Succus Rhizomatis Zingiberis）. He liked to use Xixiancao（ Herba Siegesbeckiae）.
