摘 要:海铁联运中心站堆场的箱位指派策略直接影响着中心站堆场的作业效率.本文研究中心站装卸作业过程中的箱位指派问题,以堆场压箱量最小为目标,建立动态箱位指派模型,优化集装箱在堆场的位置.基于指派问题自身的特点设计了启发式算法进行优化,将优化指派策略与堆场现有的最矮指派策略进行比较,通过对不同情况的算例进行求解,表明优化指派策略优于最矮指派策略.验证了模型的可行性和算法的有效性,并分析了作业箱规模、贝位大小、班列和集卡到达频率这三个影响因子对优化效果的影响,为中心站堆场提供决策支持.The block allocation strategy affects the operation efficiency of the center terminal yard directly. This paper focuses on the container allocation problem during the loading and unloading process on center terminal, and establishes a dynamic container allocation optimization model to minimize the newly-added numbers of those stacked containers and allocate containers to the optimal positions. A heuristic algorithm is designed based on the characteristic of block relocation problem. Compared the optimization allocation strategy and the lowest allocation strategy, the experiments of different circumstances indicate that the optimization allocation strategy is better than the lowest allocation strategy. The data also shows that the algorithm is effective and the model is efficient in solving this problem. The experiments discuss the effects of container number, bay scales and arrival frequency for trains and trucks, which provide decision supports for the center terminal yard.
