小组工作介入精神疾病康复治疗模式的探讨——基于肝豆状核变性患者的实例分析

摘　　要：随着我国精神疾病发病率不断上升,精神疾病与精神健康越来越受到人们的关注,但医务社会工作介入精神疾病的治疗尚处于起步发展阶段。本项目通过小组工作介入形式,尝试运用"生理-心理-社会"的综合康复模式理论指导进行医务社会实践工作,以精神疾病患者的融入、适应、能力发展为目的,将生理、心理、社会不同方面的服务整合起来,进而探索总结新的康复治疗模式在肝豆状核变性伴发精神障碍患者康复过程中的作用和效果。本小组工作不仅对肝豆状核变性伴发精神障碍患者的康复工作起到了有效的促进作用,而且对于"生理-心理-社会"综合康复服务模式的开展起到了积极的探索作用。With the rising incidence of mental illness, mental illness and mental health draw great attention.However, the treatment of mental illness was still in the initial stage of development. This subject was carried out inthe form of a group. The practice of medical social work is guided by the comprehensive rehabilitation mode of＂Physiological - Psychology - Society＂. The effect of new rehabilitation therapy in the rehabilitation of patients withWilson＇sdisease associated with mental disorders was explored. This subject not only played an effective role in pro-moting for patients with Wilson＇s disease associated with mental disorders but also promote the new model of ＂Physi-ology - Psychology - Society＂ comprehensive rehabilitation services.
