摘 要:在汽车空调的整车开发过程中,前期关键部件带宽定义一直是基于工程经验。在降低成本和保证性能之间取得平衡是一项关键的开发任务。本文建立了一个多目标优化数学模型,可以用来确定带宽设置;通过简单的数学输入就能够从理论上获得稳健的带宽数值,并在工程实践中验证了模型的精确性。The definition of the key components' bandwidth is always based on engineering experience during advanced development of vehicle air-conditioner. The balance of the cost reduction and the good performance is the key issue during the development. In this paper a mathematical model of multi-target optimization has been developed to finalize the bandwidth setting. A robust bandwidth value could be theoretically optimized by simple mathematical inputs, meanwhile several engineering cases has been introduced to verify the accuracy.
