摘　　要：目的探讨腮腺舍格伦综合征的涎腺造影的影像学表现,以提高腮腺舍格伦综合征的影像诊断水平。方法通过对过去半年来我院就诊的4例,腮腺舍格伦综合征患者的涎腺造影的影像学表现分析以及对文献的回顾,总结腮腺舍格伦综合征的影像学诊断和鉴别要点。结果腮腺舍格伦综合征具有其独特的涎腺造影影像表现,对临床中腮腺舍格伦综合征的诊断和鉴别具有重要意义。结论涎腺造影对腮腺舍格伦综合征的诊断具有重要意义,是其主要诊断手段之一。Objective To analyze Sialography imaging findings of parotid sjogren syndrome. Methods Four patients were diagnosed with sjogren syndrome,following X-ray sialography was performed. We analyzed their X-ray images and reviewed the literature about parotid sjogren syndrome,to summary the main points of diagnosis and differential diagnosis of parotid sjogren syndrome. Results Parotid sjogren syndrome has specific sialography imaging findings,they are important to diagnosis and differential diagnosis of parotid sjogren syndrome. Conclusion The sialography is essential for diagnosis of parotid sjogren syndrome and also one of the important methods of diagnosis and differential diagnosis of parotid sjogren syndrome.
