“双创”背景下艺术设计专业个性化人才培养的思考

摘　　要：在"大众创业,万众创新"的政策背景下,我国高等院校艺术设计专业应从专业特殊性及培养质量要求出发,进行教学创新和制度变革。具体应从以下几方面着力:实施个性化人才培养的导师制教学模式;构建个性化人才培养的课程体系;推行个性化人才培养的教学方法;从评价目的、方式、方法、原则4个方面创新个性化人才培养的评价体制。Under the background of China＇s ＂ Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation＂ policy,the teaching innovation and reform in the art design specialty in colleges and universities should be facilitated according to the particularity of the specialty and the requirements for talent cultivation. To cultivate individualized talents,we should enforce the following points： carrying out the individualized teaching mode,i. e. the tutorial system,constructing an individualized curriculum system,and carrying out an individualized teaching method. We should also innovate the purpose,pattern,method,and principle of the talent cultivation evaluation system.
