摘　　要：辨证论治是中医立法处方、诊疗疾病的关键环节,随着时代的进步和中医临床实践的深入开展,历代医家在继承前人的基础上不断创新,逐渐形成丰富多样的辨证体系。对中医辨证方法体系的历史沿革及发展现状进行概述,系统梳理了中医辨证体系的形成和发展过程,通过比较各种辨证方法体系的特点和优势,以期为临床辨证的诊疗思路提供参考。Treatment based on syndrome differentiation is the key step in planning treating principles,describing formulas and treating diseases. As the development of Chinese clinical practice,physicians in each dynasty inherits the former experiences and innovates,and form the plentiful Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation system. This paper overviews the historical evolution and modern development of Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation system,and systematically reviews the establishment and development process of Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation system. By comparing the features and advantages of each syndrome differentiation system,the authors aim at offering some reference for the thinking of clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment.
