幽门螺杆菌与溃疡型胃癌的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨幽门螺杆菌与溃疡型胃癌的关系。方法选取2010年10月～2013年12月皖南医学院附属弋矶山医院病理科60例溃疡型胃癌和60例非溃疡型胃癌标本及20例胃炎标本为研究对象,利用三重染色法检测所有样本的幽门螺杆菌感染率,探讨幽门螺杆菌与溃疡型胃癌的关系。结果溃疡型胃癌患者、非溃疡型胃癌患者及胃炎患者的Hp检出率分别为81.67%、60.0%和90.0%,其中,溃疡型胃癌患者Hp的感染率高于非溃疡型胃癌患者,胃炎患者Hp的感染率高于非溃疡型胃癌患者（P〈0.05）。结论 Hp的感染与溃疡型胃癌、胃溃疡的发生有密切联系,临床上应尽早发现Hp的感染,及时治疗。Objective To investigate the relationship between Helicobacter pylori and ulcerated gastric carcinoma. Methods From October 2010 to December 2013,60 cases of ulcerated gastric carcinoma,60 cases of non-ulcer gastric carcinoma and 20 cases of gastritis specimens selected from Wannan Medical College Yijishan Hospital. and the application of triple staining methods detected Helicobacter pylori,to Investigate the relationship between Helicobacter pylori and ulcerated gastric carcinoma. Results The ulcerated gastric carcinoma,non-ulcer gastric carcinoma and gastritis Hp detection rate respectively was 81.67%,60.0% and 90.0%,Hp infection rate of patients with ulcerated gastric carcinoma was significantly higher than that of patients with non-ulcer stomach,and Hp infection rate of patients with gastritis was significantly higher than that of patients with non-ulcer patients with gastric cancer（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The testing results suggest that ulcerated gastric carcinoma is a yet disease related to the Hp infection and it is necessary to early detection of Hp infection and timely treatment.
