摘  要:目的探讨心理护理联合健康教育对脑梗死恢复期患者的应用价值。方法抽选脑梗死恢复期患者96例且随机分为两组,对照组(48例)均给予常规护理,观察组(48例)则添加心理护理联合健康教育,对比其护理效果差异。结果护理后观察组神经功能评分、巴氏指数与生活质量评分相较对照组的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理护理联合健康教育能有效降低脑梗死恢复期患者神经功能评分,提升患者巴氏指数并提高患者生活质量。Objective To explore the application value of psychological nursing and health education in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods Decimating the cerebral infarction recovery in 96 patients and randomly divided into two groups,control group(48 cases) were given routine nursing care, observation group(48 cases) were added to the psychological nursing and health education,compared the nursing effect of differences. Results After nursing,the scores of neurological function, PAP index and quality of life in the observation group were significantly different from the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion The combination of psychological nursing and health education can effectively reduce the neurological function score,improve the PAP index and improve the quality of life in patients with cerebral infarction.
