全景敞视主义视域下我国社会的诚信建设

摘　　要：诚信是社会主义道德建设的重点内容,是践行社会主义核心价值观的内在要求。诚信缺失现象严重影响我国社会的和谐稳定。福柯的全景敞视主义向人们展示了一种独特的规训手段,能够实现权力独立运行,其影响已广泛渗入当今社会的各个角落。对全景敞视主义进行分析并将其与我国社会的诚信建设相结合,可以为社会主义核心价值观中的诚信观建设提供一个全新的视角。Honesty and trust are the key content of socialist moral construction,and the internal requirement of practicing Socialist Core Values. The lack of honesty and trust affect the social harmony and stability seriously in China. The Panopticism of Foucault shows a unique method of discipline,by which the independent operation of pow er can be realized. Its influence has widely percolated into every corner of the current society. The Panopticism is analyzed and combined with the construction of honesty and trust in Chinese society,which can provide a new perspective for the construction of honesty and trust concepts of Socialist Core Values.
