大数据时代下信息与计算科学专业人才培养模式新探索

摘　　要：自1998年高校开设信息与计算科学专业以来,已培养出一批适合信息时代的专业人才.但随着云计算、大数据时代的到来,该专业培养的人才无法适应新时代需求,究其原因是专业目标不明确,人才培养模式不清晰,课程体系设置不完善等.针对这些问题,本文以社会需求为背景,应用驱动和创新驱动为动力,建立以学生为本、社会需求为导向的分类分型人才培养模式,从专业培养目标定位和课程体系设置给出人才培养模式的具体实施方案.在此基础上,给出信息专业人才培养模式的改进机制,为人才培养模式可持续发展奠定基础.Since 1998,the information and computing science profession was set up,agroup of professional talents for the information era have been trained,but the talents can not adapt to the needs of the new era with the arrival of the cloud computing and big data,the reason is that the major mode of talent training objectives and the talent training model are not clear,the curriculum system is not perfect.To solve these problems,the classfication typing talent training mode is put forward,which is the needs of society as the background,application and innovation as drive power.From professional training objectives and curriculum system setting,the specific training models and the continuous improvement mechanism to lay a foundation for the sustainable talent training model are given.
