摘 要:概述了锚杆腐蚀环境及腐蚀行为,提出了改善耐久性的必要性;综述了隔离防腐蚀方案的应用进展及发展趋势.经多个方案力学试验,提出3mm硫化型橡胶密封剂+4mmPEF发泡材料+塑料薄膜+脱模剂作为锚杆的隔离防腐措施,可大幅度提高锚杆耐久性,并提出了锚杆出口处和锚杆接头处的隔离防腐措施.In this paper,the corrosion environment and corrosion process of anchor system is summarized,the necessity to improve the durability of anchor system is proposed.Meanwhile,the application and development of anchor anticorrosion measures are outlined.According to several experiment results,an isolated anticorrosion measure for anchor which is composed of 3mm sulfide rubber sealant+4mm PEF foaming material+Plastic Film+Release Agent is proposed.Besides,the isolated anticorrosion measure of anchor outlets and joints is also put forward,these anticorrosion measures will greatly improve the durability of anchor system.
