晚期肿瘤患者临终死亡教育的效果观察

摘　　要：目的：对晚期肿瘤患者进行临终死亡教育,帮助临终患者树立正确的死亡观,减轻临终患者对死亡的恐惧感和不安情绪。方法：对2013年9月-2015年9月在本院肿瘤科住院并已知晓病情的肿瘤晚期患者进行死亡教育,对比教育前后患者对死亡恐惧感的状态。结果：死亡教育后,部分患者对死亡的恐惧情绪得到缓解,与教育前比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：死亡教育能明显降低患者对死亡的恐惧感,体现了护理职业道德和崇高的人道主义精神,值得临床推广。ObjectiveTo provide death education before death for advanced tumor patients to help them build correct views of death and alleviate their senses of fear and anxiety for death. Methods ： Provided death education for advanced tumor patients who had known about their conditions in our oncology department from September2013 to September 2015. Their senses of fear for death before and after education were compared. Results ： After death education, senses of fear for death in some patients had been alleviated compared with those before education. The comparative differences had statistical significances （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion ： Death education can help patients to alleviate their senses of fear for death and demonstrates professional ethics and humanitarian spirit of nurses, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
