益气健脾汤联合三联疗法用于82例慢性萎缩性胃炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨益气健脾汤联合三联疗法用于82例慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:选取82例确诊为慢性萎缩性胃炎的患者,随机分为观察组(41例)和对照组(41例),对照组患者给予三联疗法(兰索拉唑,30mg/次,2次/d;阿莫西林胶囊0.5g/次,3次/d;克拉霉素0.5g/次,2次/d),观察组在对照组的基础上给予中药汤剂,两组均以4周为一个疗程,连续治疗3个疗程后观察临床疗效。观察两组患者胃痛、胃胀、反酸等症状缓解时间,Hp感染情况和胃镜检查复发情况。结果:观察组、对照组的总有效率分别是90.2%、75.6%,观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后胃脘疼痛、胃脘胀满、嗳气泛酸、胃中嘈杂、饮食减少症状均明显下降,但观察组患者下降幅度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),观察组患者Hp根除率为82.9%,对照组Hp根除率为46.3%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:益气健脾汤联合三联疗法治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎能明显改善患者临床症状,具有良好的远期临床疗效。Objective： Clinical effcacy of the TCM therapy on 82 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis was investigated. Methods： 82 patients were divided into two groups. The control group took triple therapy （lansoprazole, 30mg per times, 2 times per day; amoxicillin 0.5g per time, 3 times per day; clarithromycin 0.5g per times, 2 times per day）; the observation group took decoction more. Results： The total effciency were 90.2%, 75.6% in the observation group and confrol group （P〈0.05）. In the observation group epigastric pain, epigastric fullness, belching, heartburn, stomach noisy, diet were significantly decreased, and the decreasing amount in the observation group were signiifcantly better （P〈0.01）. Hp eradication in the observation group was 82.9%, better than 46.3% in the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The Yiqi Jianpi decoction plus triple therapy of chronic atrophic gastritis can signiifcantly improve clinical symptoms, with good long-term clinical effcacy.
