摘　　要：通过对化纤丝饼包装方法的研究,进一步提高丝饼包装质量。设计一种基于PLC的化纤丝饼裹膜机,并对其控制系统进行设计与调试,实现了多伺服运动协调控制及速度反馈,从而保证包装质量及速度。该设备经实际应用,工作可靠,包装速度及包装质量均到达现场要求,有效地提高了车间的自动化水平和工作效率。Study on the method of the chemical fiber silk cake packing,further improve the quality of the silk cake packaging.A kind of fiber silk cake wrapping film machine based on PLC is designed,and its con-trol system is designed and debugged.The coordination control of multi-servo motion is realized.The practical application shows the equipment is reliable and high efficiency,the packing speed and the quality of the pack-aging are all reached the requirements which effectively improves the automation level and the working efficien-cy of the workshop.
