摘　　要：在开放式技术创新的模式下,企业创新突破了原有的传统边界,创新活动可以由企业独立完成,也可以与技术创新利益相关者合作完成,从而实现资源的合理配置,达到在最短的时间内实现创新成果的商业化。在企业技术创新的过程中,不同的利益相关者根据各自的不同资源禀赋、技术属性和市场空间等因素,会选择不同的合作模式,从而也决定了不同企业之间的开放式技术创新模式是不可能完全相同的,每一个企业依据自身发展战略所构建的开放式技术创新模式都具有其独特性,是能够为企业带来预期效益的最有效的模式选择。Based on the mode of open technological innovation, enterprise innovation breaks through original traditional boundaries. In order to realize the reasonable allocation of resources and the commercialization of innovation results, innovation process can be completed either by enterprises independently or cooperate with stakeholders. In the process of large enterprises＇ technological innovation, different stakeholders can choose various cooperation modes according to various resource endowments,technology attributes and market space, so the open technological innovation modes among large enterprises can not be exactly the same. Based on various development strategies, the large enterprises construct different modes of open technological innovation. These modes are so unique that they are the most effective modes which can bring expected benefits to enterprises.
