摘　　要：结合安徽某高校专业技术人才评价工作实际,分析了当前高校专业技术人才评价工作中存在的突出问题,从加强人才评价制度整体设计、加强专业技术岗位分析、完善人才评价指标体系、改进评价方式方法、完善评价相关制度、强化评价结果运用、加强人才评价工作组织实施等方面,提出了改进高校专业技术人才评价制度的对策。Based on a review of the evaluation of the professional and technical personnel in a university in Anhui Province,this paper analyzes the urgent problems that exist in the evaluation of the professional and technical personnel in China. This paper puts forward the countermeasures to improve the evaluation system in universities for professional and technical personnel,covering such areas as strengthening the overall design of talent evaluation system,strengthening the analysis of professional and technical posts,perfecting the evaluation index system,improving the evaluation methods and the relevant systems of evaluation,making better use of the evaluation results and strengthening the organization and the implementation of talent evaluation.
