摘 要:对资金约束下的软件项目支付进度安排进行研究,并从软件项目的客户方、承包商及双方联合的视角建立了软件项目支付进度的优化模型;然后针对模型特点,设计启发式的模拟退火算法并进行求解;最后利用模型进行了案例计算,结果显示,在支付次数及支付点固定的情况下,外包双方的收益与支付的时间点及支付数量密切相关,为软件外包双方在签订外包合同时采取适当的策略提供决策依据。The capital constrained payment scheduling problem of software project is studied in this paper. An optimization model of software project payment schedule is constructed from the joint perspective of client and contractor,which reflects the particularity of the software project cash flow. According to the characteristics of the model,a heuristic simulated annealing algorithm is designed to solve the model. Finally,a case study is given to validate the model. The results show that outsourcing benefits of both sides are closely related to the timing and amount of the payment. It can help both sides of software outsourcing select appropriate strategies during contract signature stage.
