摘　　要：基于专利分析的竞争情报分析已经成为企业提升竞争力的重要手段。以拉链产业为例研究产业专利竞争情报分析的方法,设计并实现了一个拉链行业的专利采集和分析系统,利用数据统计技术以及文本聚类算法等手段,从定量和定性两个角度对采集的专利数据加以分析,得出产业技术变化的规律和趋势,以期为我国拉链企业的技术发展和决策制订提供参考。The patent analysis based competitive intelligence analysis has become the key to enhance the core competi- tiveness of enterprises. This paper addresses the patent intelligence analysis problem targeting the zipper industry. A patent collecting and analyzing system is designed and implemented. Based on the technique of statistics and text cluster- ing, the patent data is analyzed across two dimensions, i.e., qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, so that the technique developing tendency of the zipper industry can be obtained. The analysis result can provide a reference for the domestic zipper companies when making technical decisions.
