摘 要:目的探讨动态分层教学法在篮球选项课中的应用效果。方法篮球选项课学生60人,随机分为动态分层教学法组和传统教学法组,测试学生的身体素质和篮球基本技术,采用锻炼态度量表对学生进行调查并进行比较。结果动态分层教学法组学生身体素质指标中的掷实心球和1分钟跳绳明显优于传统教学法组(P<0.05);篮球基本技术指标中的20m篮球运球、教学比赛和11点投篮明显优于传统教学法组(P<0.05);体育锻炼态度中的行为态度、目标态度、行为习惯、行为意向和情感体验5个维度得分均高于传统教学法组(P<0.05)。结论动态分层教学法符合现代篮球运动的内在要求和技能学习规律,尤其在学生身体素质、篮球基本技术、比赛意识以及体育锻炼态度等方面收到良好的效果。Objective To investigate the application effect of dynamic hierarchical teaching method to basketball optional course in medical universities.Methods 60 students from the optional course of basketball are randomly divided into experience group with dynamic hierarchical teaching methods and control group with traditional teaching methods.The physical quality,basic basketball skills and exercise attitude of students in two groups are tested and investigated respectively,and a comparative analysis is further conducted.Results Students in experience group showed better physical quality in the index of the solid sphere and 1 minute skip rope than the control group(P〈0.05,P〈0.01).Basic technical indexes of 20 meters dribbling basketball,teaching competition and 11 shots is superior to the control group(P〈0.05,P〈0.01).Physical exercise attitude of the behavior attitude goals attitude,behavioral habits,behavioral intention and the emotional experience of five dimension score were higher than the control group(P〈0.05,P〈0.01).Conclusion "Dynamic hierarchical teaching" reflects the intrinsic requirements and the rule of skill learning for modern basketball,with a favorable impact on promoting the physical quality,basic basketball technics,awareness in competition and attitude for physical exercises of students.
