摘　　要：目的在前期研究建立评价指标体系的基础上,确定各指标权重,以构建三级医院门诊医学人文关怀干预措施指标体系。方法运用层次分析法(AHP)建立门诊医学人文关怀评价指标层次结构,构建两两比较判断矩阵,并对判断矩阵进行一致性检验。结果确定了医院门诊医学人文关怀指标体系各指标权重。结论层次分析法能有效确定指标权重,为医学人文关怀具体措施的选择、实施与评价提供参考依据。Objectives On the basis of previous evaluation index system,the paper aimed to confirm the weight of indicators and build the index system of medical humanities by outpatient services.Methods Using the method of analytic hierarchy process（AHP）to establish evaluation hierarchy for medical humanities and construct the pair wise comparison judgment matrix,and then check the consistency and judgment matrix at the same time.Results Achieved the construction of the index system of medical humanities by outpatient services and determined the weight of each index.Conclusions The AHP could identify the weight of index effectively.The index system,concluding specific indexes of various aspects of the medical humanities,provides the reference for the specific measures and implementation of the medical institutions to quantify the medical humanistic care.
