摘  要:采用发动机台架试验手段,对某型发动机用结构相同的镁合金气门室罩盖和铝合金气门室罩盖在发动机运行状态下的振动响应和减振性能进行了测试和比较,结果表明:在发动机转速超过1 800 r/min的中高转速工况下,AZ91D镁合金罩盖振动响应小于ADC12铝合金罩盖,AZ91D镁合金罩盖的减振性能明显优于ADC12铝合金罩盖,并且随着发动机转速的升高,AZ91D镁合金罩盖的减振性能优势逐渐增大。频谱分析结果表明:在发动机转速超过1 800r/min的中高转速工况下,镁合金罩盖的减振性能优势主要体现在1 700~2 500 Hz的频带内,在这个频带内镁合金材料的阻尼性能优势得到充分的发挥,这是其减振性能更优的主要原因。The vibration response and vibration damping property of AZ91 D magnesium alloy valve cover and ADC12 aluminum alloy valve cover were tested and compared by using engine bench testmethod. The result shows that the vibration response of AZ91 D cover is less than ADC12 cover in middle and high engine speed condition which is greater than 1800 rmp and the vibration damping property of AZ91 D cover is greater than ADC12 cover,and as the engine speed increases,the advantage increases. The contrast and analysis of frequency spectrum of acceleration signal shows the advantage of vibration damping property of AZ91 D cover mainly concentrates on the band from 1 700 ~ 2 500 Hz when the engine speed is greater than 1 800 r / min and the damping capacity advantage of AZ91 D magnesium alloy can be used to reduce amplitude sufficiently in the band to be responsible for it.
