泛发性炎症性线状疣状表皮痣1例

摘　　要：患者女,46岁,面部及右侧颈部、躯干、下肢丘疹伴瘙痒40余年。皮肤科情况:左侧额部、眶周及右侧面颊、下颌、颈部、背部、乳房、下肢见多发红色绿豆至黄豆大小斑丘疹、丘疹,部分融合成斑块,呈线状排列,表面有少量鳞屑、结痂,右足底角化过度。皮损组织病理:角化过度伴部分区域角化不全,真皮浅层少量炎性细胞浸润。诊断:泛发性炎症性线状疣状表皮痣。A 46-year-old female presented with pruritic papules on her face and right neck, body and lower extremity for 40 years. Physical examination showed multiple red maculopapules , papules and plaques showed Linear arrays on the left frontal, orbital and right cheek, jaw, neck, back, breast and lower extremity. A small amount of scales and crusts on the surface and the right plantar hyperkeratosis. The histological examination showed hyperkeratosis accompanied parakeratosis in partial area. Inflammatory cells infiltration was presented in epidermal stratum. The patient was diagnosed as generalized inflammatory linear verrucous epidermal nervus.
