摘　　要：为了实现压力传感器压力值标定,以HB2119-S系列高量程压力传感器为标准,对被测压力传感器进行标定。本文设计了一种便携式压力传感器标定系统,主要包括:压力传感器测量桥电路、压力传感器驱动电路、信号采集放大模块、MSP控制模块、LCD显示模块、SD模块和按键模块等。最后,对标准压力传感器和被测压力传感器进行实验测试,对标定数据进行线性回归分析,得出被测传感器的输出特性参数。In order to realize the function of pressure calibration,the HB2119-S series of high range pressure sensor are used as the stand- ard to calibrate the measured pressure sensor. The calibration system of portable pressure sensor mainly includes the pressure sensor measuring bridge circuit, the pressure sensor driving circuit, the signal acquisition and amplification module, the MSP control module, the LCD display module, the SD module and the key module and other circuits. Finally,the standard pressure sensor and the measured pres- sure sensor are conducted for the experimental test, and the linear regression analysis is used for the calibration data, then the output characteristic parameters of the measured sensor are obtained.
