摘 要:提出了壳-矩阵-弹簧系统模型,模型以平板壳单元模拟衬砌管片,以矩阵单元模拟衬砌拼装的螺栓,以土弹簧单元模拟衬砌与地层之间的相互作用。采用该模型对衬砌管片错缝拼装下的受力状态进行了分析,解决了采用传统的梁-弹簧模型平面应力-应变方法无法准确把握研究区域应力和变形的问题,可真实地反映衬砌管片结构的力学性态。采用壳-矩阵-弹簧模型分析了影响衬砌管片结构受力性能的不同因素,得出了一些有益的结论,以供盾构隧道衬砌结构设计计算参考。On the base of profound comprehension of design method of segmental lining,the shell-matrix-spring model( SMSM),which can reflect the practical mechanical character of the shield tunnel lining,was put forward. In the model,the rectangle plate shell element was used to simulate the segmental lining,the matrix element was used to simulate the longitudinal and circumferential joint effect and the spring element was used to simulate the foundation resistance effect. The mechanical character of segmental lining of shield tunnel with segment seams in stagger was analyzed with the SMSM model to study the problem of stress and deformation in studied area,which could not be solved properly with the traditional beam-spring model( BSM),in order to correctly reflect the mechanical performance of the structure of the lining segment. The factors influencing the stress performance of the structure of lining segment were analyzed with SMSM model and some useful conclusions were drawn,which could serve as reference to structural design of the lining of shield tunnel.
