神经内镜下微血管减压术治疗原发性三叉神经痛效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨神经内镜下微血管减压术治疗原发性三叉神经痛的临床效果。方法原发性三叉神经痛患者156例，分成改良微血管减压术组和传统微血管减压术组，每组各78例。比较两组临床疗效。结果临床治疗总有效率比较，改良组显著高于传统组，差异有统计学意义（χ^2=9．5510，P=0．002）。结论采用神经内镜下改良微血管减压术治疗原发性三叉神经痛效果显著，值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of endoscopic microvascular decompression in the treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia. Methods From 2011 January to 2013 December, 156 cases with surgery of primary trigeminal neuralgia in our hospital were recruited in this study, who were divided into improved microvascular decompression group and traditional microvascular decompression group. 78 cases of patients in each group. The total effective rate of clinical treatment of the two groups were compared. Results The clinical total effective rate of the modified group was significantly higher than that of the traditional group, and the data showed significant difference （ χ^2=9.5510, P=0.0020 ） . Conclusion In clinical practice for primary trigeminal neuralgia patients with treatment, the clinical effect of modified endoscopic microvaseular decompression treatment is significant, making it the ideal choice for clinical treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia.
