摘　　要：虚拟学术社区是当代学术用户进行学术交流活动的重要阵地,知识共享交流是其生存和发展的关键,也是其核心价值所在。基于虚拟学术社区的内涵、类型及特点对知识共享的内容的影响,从个人、人际、社区三个方面对虚拟学术社区知识共享影响因素相关研究成果进行梳理,并指出现有研究存在的不足。The academic virtual community is an important scientific research field. This article teases out previous research about the knowledge sharing in academic virtual community as follows： the connotation, types and character of academic virtual community and the influence factors of knowledge sharing from personal, interpersonal and communal aspects. Finally, the shortage of research is summarized.
