摘　　要：氮化硅陶瓷作为结构陶瓷材料,具有优良的耐磨、耐腐蚀、耐高温性能以及良好的抗热震性能,广泛应用于航空航天、机械、电子、电力、化工等领域。通常粉料的性能对结构陶瓷有着重要的影响,采用喷雾造粒工艺可以制备出具备优异流动性和松装密度的粉体。笔者主要对氮化硅粉喷雾造粒工艺中影响粉料性能的各个因素进行了分析和探讨。Silicon nitride ceramics possessing good wear and corrosive resistance, high temperature stability and thermal shock resistance, are considered as structural materials for wide applications in many fields such as aerospace, mechanicalindustry, electronic power industry and chemical industry. The properties of powder plays a key role in the structural ceramics, the powder witb excellent fluidity andapparent density can be made by the spray granulate, this article discusses the effect of spray granulate on properties of powders.
