网页排序算法在社会认知管理效果评价中的应用

摘　　要：描述了当前突发公共事件中社会认知管理的现状,针对当前突发公众事件中社会认知管理水平不高,没有统一的认知管理水平评价标准等问题,提出了应用网页排序打分的方法来对突发事件中主流媒体网络信息发布受公众关注度的情况进行评价,从而间接评价网络媒体在社会认知管理中发挥的作用。针对传统PageRank算法偏重旧网页的现象,对算法进行了改进,增加了时间权重。在Hadoop分布式计算平台上实现了该算法,并对比分析了算法改进前后的排序结果。It describes the current situation of social cognition in the public emergency management. In view of the current social recognition in the public emergency management level is not high,and there is no uniform cognitive problems such as management level evaluation standard,web page sorting scoring method was proposed for emergencies in the mainstream media to evaluate network information to release the circumstance of the public attention,and indirectly,evaluate network media role in the management of social cognition. In view of the phenomenon that the traditional PageRank algorithm lays particular stress on the old website,the algorithm is improved and the time weight is increased. On distributed computing platform Hadoop,the algorithm is realized. The results of the algorithm before and after being improved are contrasted and analysed.
