摘 要:经济转型期,新生代农民工成为农民工群体主力军,具有鲜明的时代特征,但也是企业对其管理的机会与挑战。文章以新生代农民工特有的时代背景和特征为出发点,寻找人际关系理论与新生代农民工特征相符的契合点,分析企业在人力资源管理转型中,转变并创新对新生代农民工的管理方式,实现企业稳定发展和员工个人价值实现的双赢。During the period of economic transformation, the new generation of migrant workers has become themain force of migrant workers, with a distinctive feature of the times, but also for the enterprise to put forward opportu-nities and challenges for its management.From the characteristic of the new generation of migrant workers backgroundand characteristics as a starting point, to find a meeting point matched the interpersonal relationship theory and thenew generation of migrant workers' characteristics.
