摘  要:为了分析黑龙江省某农场90头诊断为酮病的泌乳奶牛血清中FGF21与酮病相关性,应用ELISA试剂盒和生化分析仪测定奶牛血清中FGF21浓度以及酮病时主要血清指标,通过统计学分析FGF21与酮病相关性。结果表明隐性酮病时血清FGF21与BHBA呈正相关;临床酮病时血清FGF21与BHBA无相关性。结论 FGF21可能成为调解奶牛隐性酮病的新因子,但需要扩大样本数进一步研究。To analyze the quantitative relationship between serum FGF21 concentration and β-hydroxybutyric acid(BHBA)in dairy cattle with ketosis,90 cows were enrolled in the study with low milk yield and abnormal glucose metabolism diagnosed ketosis.FGF21 concentrations were measured using RD Bovine Fibroblast Growth Factor ELISA kit on automatic biochemistry and other serum indicators were directly determined by automatic biochemistry.Serum FGF21 increased progressively with the increase of BHBA. Serum FGF21 levels were positively correlated with BHBA level especially in cows with subclinical ketosis. Serum FGF21 might be a potential regulator which could reflect the energy metabolism in dairy cattle with subclinical ketosis.
