摘　　要：目的：建立实验用9～12月龄不同喂养方式巴马小型猪生理特征参考值。方法：选取9～12月龄雄性去势普通级小型猪8只高脂喂养,5只普通喂养,连续检测体尺值、耳温、肛温、心率、呼吸、血压4个月。分别统计分析高脂喂养和普通喂养9～12月龄小型猪的生理特征,及两种喂养方式在生理特征上的差异。结果：9～12月龄高脂组小型猪体尺值与正常组小型猪体尺值均有统计学差异,高脂组均大于同月龄正常组,提示高脂组增长快于正常组。高脂组体温（耳和肛）、心率、呼吸与正常组有一定差异,耳温、肛温、心率均高于正常组,而呼吸低于正常组,同时可见正常组体温随着月龄增长呈下降趋势。两组血压相当,但两组可见血压随着月龄增长而升高的趋势。结论：初步建立9～12月龄不同喂养方式巴马小型猪的生理特征参考值,为巴马小型猪进一步应用于实验中提供有益的参考。Objective：To establish reference value ranges of 9～12 months old experimental miniature pig with various feeding manners in physiological characteristic. Methods：9～12 months male emasculated ordinary grade miniature pigs,8 of them were high-fat diet,5 of them were regular diet,were continuously tested for 4 months that included body sizes,ear temperature,anal temperature,heart rate,respiratory rate,blood pressure. The physiological characteristics and their differences of 9～12 months old miniature pigs were separately analyzed between with high-fat diet and regular diet. Results：The body sizes of 9～12 months old miniature pigs had statistical significance between high lipid group and normal group,and high lipid group are all higher than normal group which implied high lipid group grows faster than normal group. The body temperature（ear and anal）,heart rate and respiratory rate are different with normal group. High lipid group are higher than normal group in ear temperature,anal temperature,heart rate,and lower in respiratory rate. Moreover,body temperature in normal group has declining trend as the month growth. Two groups had the similar blood pressure,and both have rising trend as the month growth. Conclusion：Preliminary establishing reference value ranges of 9～12 months old experimental miniature pig with various feeding manners in physiological characteristic will be provided beneficial references of miniature pig applying in further experiment.
