止痫汤治疗癫痫疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨止痫汤治疗癫痫病的临床疗效及对脑电图的影响。方法:60例癫痫患者服用止痫汤3个月,观察治疗后的临床疗效,比较服药前后脑电图的变化。结果:(1)止痫汤治疗癫痫有效率为80%。(2)止痫汤治疗后癫痫患者脑电图异常率较治疗前有明显降低,两者之间有差异(P<0.05);其中,棘(尖)慢波、多棘慢综合波的有效率90%,棘(尖)波的有效率76.2%,慢波的有效率55.6%,三者之间有差异(P<0.05)。结论:止痫汤可以抑制脑神经元异常放电,治疗癫痫;并对脑电图不同波形影响有差异,其中棘(尖)慢、多棘慢综合波的疗效最佳,棘(尖)波的疗效次之,慢波的疗效最差。Objective：To discuss the changement of electroencephalogram and clinical effect after Zhixian Decoction cure epilepsy. Methods：60 patients with epilepsy were cured with Zhixian Decoction to detect clinical effect and to compare electroencephalogram after 3 month. Results：（1）The incident of Zhixian Decoction cure epilepsy was 80%.（2）EEG abnormalities in patients with epilepsy before rate than treatment significantly reduced after treatment Zhixian Decoction,there are different（P〈0.05）.There were the incident of spike（sharp）-slow or multispike-slow wave was 90%,and the incident of spike（sharp）wave was 76.2%,and the incident of slow wave was 55.6%. There are different（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Zhixian Decoction cure epilepsy through inhibited the neurons abnormal discharge,and there was different effect in waves of electroencephalogram. its effect was best in spike（sharp）-slow or multispike-slow wave,spike（sharp）wave followed by,its effect was lest in slow wave.
