摘  要:目的通过检测子痫前期重度患者胎盘组织中ICAM-1、OX40-L的表达水平,探讨其与子痫前期重度发病的相关性。方法选取子痫前期重度患者32例作为病例组,同期选择32例正常妊娠者作为对照组,两组患者既往均无内外科疾病,运用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)方法,检测两组研究对象胎盘组织中ICAM-1、OX40-L的表达水平,采用两独立样本t检验进行比较。结果病例组胎盘组织中ICAM-1的表达水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);病例组胎盘组织中OX40-L的表达水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论子痫前期重度患者胎盘组织中ICAM-1表达增强,OX40-L表达减弱,提示自身免疫性炎症损伤相关的ICAM-1及免疫耐受有关的OX40-L的含量变化与子痫前期重度的发病有一定的联系。Objective To investigate the expression levels of ICAM-1 and OX40-L in the placenta of severe preeclampsia patients and their role in the pathogenesis of severe preeclampsia. Methods The ICAM-1 and OX40-L levels in the placenta of 32 severe preeclampsia patients with unknown cause and 32 normal controls were detected by the enzyme-linked immunosorbent adsorption method(ELISA). The data were compared with two independent samples t test. Results The expression level of ICAM-1 in placenta tissues in preeclampsia group was significantly higher than in control group(P 0. 05),while the expression level of OX40-L in placenta tissues in preeclampsia group was significantly lower than in control group(P 0. 05). Conclusion The ICAM-1 expression is significantly increased in the placenta of patients with severe preeclampsia,while the expression of OX40-L is significantly decreased,which suggesting that the changes of ICAM-1 and OX40-L may be related with the pathogenesis of severe preeclampsia.
